NOTE: You must provide a valid email address with your order to be able to receive your serial number and download link.

Q: How do I receive my order?
A: Within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing a download link for the full version and an accompanying serial number. Please note, the serial number is not entered in the demo, it is entered in the full version provided in your order email.

Q: Do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: No, the product is delivered via an internet download.

Q: What if I want it on a CD, too?
A: When ordering you can request an eCD which will be delivered to you for an extra $7.95

Q: How big is the download?
A: 6.5 MB.

Q: What if I need to redownload the application in the future?
A: Email support@praetersoftware.com with your name and order number, and once we verify you, we will provide a download link. This is a free service.

Q: How is the order processed? Who handles the transaction?
